Struggling with Stubborn Acne Scars?
TCA Cross might be what you need
TCA CROSS involves the application of trichloroacetic acid (TCA) for a targeted chemical reconstruction of skin scars (CROSS) aimed at diminishing acne scars. As one of Singapore’s most popular and effective acne scar treatments, TCA Cross offers minimal discomfort and downtime, making it the perfect choice for those seeking smoother, clearer skin.
With our doctors’ extensive experience in acne scar therapy, patient satisfaction of our TCA Cross treatment is exceptionally high, particularly amongst those who haven’t seen results with laser treatments alone.

This dermatological procedure utilizes a high concentration of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), meticulously applied deep within the acne scar.
It works by denaturing the collagen within the scar tissue and stimulating the production of new collagen, gradually filling in the depressions and creating a 'lifting effect' on the skin’s surface, resulting in smoother skin.

Icepick scars are small indentations that look like the skin was punctured with an 'icepick'. They have a wide opening at the surface that narrows down to deep within the skin.

Boxcar scars are broad depressions with sharply defined edges (1-5mm, giving them a box-like appearance. They are typically found on the lower cheeks and jawline.

Rolling scars have a wave-like, uneven appearance due to fibrous bands of tissue forming under the skin. The skin looks uneven and has a rolling or undulating texture

Hypertrophic and keloid scars are raised, firm growths of excess scar tissue. Both appear as thick, raised, discoloured scars with a bumpy, irregular texture protruding from the skin.

Acne scars come in many forms, making each person's condition unique. Treating these scars needs a tailored approach, not a one-size-fits-all solution. With decades of experience, we’ve created a proven acne scar management program that delivers clear, visible results.

If you’re looking for an Aesthetician, look no further!!! Dr. Lee is friendly and professional, his team is warm and welcoming! Its always and enjoyable experience and I never fail to leave feeling happier and excited to see the end results! Big thank you to Dr. Lee and his team! Look forward to see you next month!!!

One of the best aesthetic clinics I’ve been to! Dr Koh was super patient and helpful in explaining to me my treatment options (I deal with quite a few skin concerns – eczema, hyperpigmentation,
acne scarring!) She also made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plans and that it was suitable for my lifestyle. 12/10 would recommend to everyone!

I have had severe acne problem and post acne scarring, it was really affecting not just my appearance but my confidence too. After just 3 months, my acne cleared up and the next few months my acne scars and pigmentation started to fade. I am more than grateful for all they have done for me and I am still visiting them every month.
